Banana Pudding:
2 Pkg. Vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (Opt. Softened)
1 bowl cool whip
1 box Vanilla Wafer Cookies
4-6 ripe bananas (sliced)
Directions:
In a bowl, pour in both boxes of vanilla pudding powder mix and add 4 cups of milk. Blend well until pudding becomes thick. Next, add in cream cheese mixture. (Note: You can soften the cream cheese if you prefer, but I pinch off tiny pieces of the cold or room temp. cream cheese and add it in the pudding. My family loves it like that.) Mix Cream cheese in well with a mixer and beat up any large pinched off pieces. Then, add in a whole bowl of cool whip and blend in well. Slice bananas and stir them gently into the pudding mixture. Add most of all the cookies into the pudding mixture making sure all are covered. Save a few cookies to decorate the top. Chill until ready to serve.
